sweet soy bean paste
sugar

soy sauce

Directions:

Shred pork fillet,
add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp MSG, 1 tbsp soy sauce,
1/2 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2 tbsp water, stir and
mix evenly.

Shred scallion into 3 1/4 inches
long shreds.
Methods:

Place scallion
shreds on a plate.

Heat 3 cup oil, scald pork shreds
in boiling oil for 30 seconds, remove.

Boil 3 tbsp oil, add combined
seasonings stir-fry, then put in pork shreds,
stir-fry quickly over high heat, mix 1 tbsp
sesame oil, stir evenly, remove and place on top
of scallion shreds, serve.
