Directions:
-
Clean shrimp with
salt water, drain water then marinade with 1/4
tsp salt, 1/2 egg white, 1 tbsp corn powder and
mix well.

Cut scallions into pieces, mince
ginger.
Methods:
-
Deep fry shrimp
in 4 cup warm oil above 30 seconds then remove.

Heat 2 tbsp oil, add scallion
pieces, minced ginger and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup,
1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp MSG, and 1 tsp sugar, stir
with shrimp, 1/2 tsp wine, 1/2 tsp dark vinegar,
1/2 tsp cornstarch (with 1 tbsp water to make
paste) and 1 tbsp sesame oil, stir fry quickly
and evenly and serve.
