Methods:
-
Remove sand from
corb shell. Rinse with water until clear, drain.

Heat 1/2 cup oil in the pan,
stir-fry corb shell, red pepper, scallion shreds
and chopped garlic in a pan over high heat for 1
minute, add sherry, sesame oil, soy sauce paste,
MSG, sugar, and dark vinegar, mix and stir-fry
again, remove quickly and serve.
Notes: Stir-fry corb shell
over high heat to make meat tender.
