Stir-Fried Eel with Celery Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb

Seasoning (combined):
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tbsp
1/4 tbsp
1 tbsp

eel meat
celery
small piece ginger
red pepper
hot bean paste
oil



salt
MSG
sugar
sesame oil
vinegar
soy sauce
cornstarch
water

Directions:

  1. Cut eel 2 3/8 inches long.

  2. Cut celery 1 5/8 inches long.

  3. Slice ginger in diamond shape.

  4. Slice red pepper slantwise.

Methods:

  1. Heat 3 cup oil to 425 oF in the pan, place eel meat in and deep-fry 30 seconds, then remove.

  2. Stir-fry ginger slice, red pepper slice and hot bean paste with 2 tbsp oil. Add celery, fry until tender, then put eel and combined seasonings in, stir-fry quickly for a while, remove and serve.
