Stir-Fried Livers with Scallion and Garlic Recipe

Ingredients:

Seasoning (combined):
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/8 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 1/2 tbsp

pig livers
chicken livers
sherry (wine)
cornstarch
small piece ginger, sliced
scallions, cut into section
garlic stems, cut into section
celery, cut into section



salt
MSG
black pepper
sesame oil
soy sauce
cornstarch
water

Directions:

  1. Slice pig livers and chicken livers (quarter every one), marinate with 1 tsp wine and 1 tsp cornstarch.

Methods:

  1. Heat 3 cup oil to 300 oF or boil, blanch chicken and pig livers in oil, remove.

  2. Stir-fry ginger, garlic, scallion and celery in 2 tbsp oil, add chicken & pig livers. Add 1 tbsp wine and combined seasonings to the pan, and stir-fry again. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp oil, remove and serve.
