Stir-Fried Oyster with Fermented Beans Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/3 lb

1
3 cloves
3 tbsp
2 tbsp
1 cup

Marinade:
1 tbsp
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tbsp
1 tbsp

oyster
garlic stems
red pepper, sliced
garlic, peel & chop
oil
fermented black beans
water


sesame oil
sugar
MSG
sherry (wine)
soy sauce paste

Directions:

  1. Rub some coarse salt into the shelled oysters with fingers. Rinse with water until clear, drain.

  2. Cut garlic stem into 1/2 inch sections.

Methods:

  1. Boil 1 cup water, scald oyster in boiling water till half cooked then remove.

  2. Heat 3 tbsp oil in pan to boil, add fermented black beans, chopped garlic, garlic stems, stir-fey. Marinate oyster with marinade, then place oyster and combined seasoning in the pan, stir-fry quickly evenly over high heat 30 seconds, remove and serve.

Notes: Oyster is full of protein and vitamin E.
