red pepper, sliced
garlic, peel & chop

fermented black beans

sesame oil

Directions:
-
Rub some coarse
salt into the shelled oysters with fingers.
Rinse with water until clear, drain.

Cut garlic stem into 1/2 inch
sections.
Methods:
-
Boil 1 cup water,
scald oyster in boiling water till half cooked
then remove.
-
Heat 3 tbsp oil in pan to boil,
add fermented black beans, chopped garlic,
garlic stems, stir-fey. Marinate oyster with
marinade, then place oyster and combined
seasoning in the pan, stir-fry quickly evenly
over high heat 30 seconds, remove and serve.
Notes: Oyster is full of
protein and vitamin E.
