Directions:
-
Slice scallop marinate with 1 tsp baking soda,
soak 1 hour. Clean with clear water, rinse and
drain, then add 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, stir
evenly.

Boil bamboo shoot and carrot, cut
into flower shape.

Cut green pepper into pieces in
diamond shape.
Methods:
-
Deep-fry scallop,
green pepper, carrot and bamboo shoot in 3 cup
boiling oil about 1 minute.

Stir-fry scallion, ginger and
garlic in 1 tbsp oil, add above ingredients
(step 1), 1 tbsp wine and
combined seasonings into the pan, stir-fry over
high heat. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp oil and remove,
serve.
Note: Soak fresh scallop with
baking soda to make it tender. |
