Directions:

Clean and shell
shrimp, rinse and dry, add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 egg
white, 3 tbsp cornstarch, stir and mix evenly.

Combined seasoning: Mix 1 tsp
MSG, and 1 tbsp wine evenly.
Methods:

Heat 6 cup oil to
375 oF in pan, deep fry shrimp 30
seconds, remove.

Beat 4 egg whites in clean bowl
till frothy.

Marinate shrimp and combined
seasonings with 1 tbsp oil in the pan, then add
1/2 tbsp cornstarch paste, mix evenly.
Notes: Raw egg white beaten
until frothy can be digested easily when cooked. |
