fresh squid
green pepper, shredded
carrot, shredded
cabbage, shredded
five-spice powder
salt
MSG
sherry (wine)

Directions:
-
Wash and remove
membrane from fresh squid, score deeply
lengthwise and crosswise, cut into long squares.

Mix 1/8 tsp five-spice powder, 1
tsp salt, 1/2 tsp MSG, stir evenly as five-spice
salt.
Methods:

Boil 6 cup water,
place squid pieces in, boil a while, remove and
drain.

Stir-fry squid pieces with 2 tbsp
oil, add 1 tbsp wine and five-spice powder and
stir-fry again, remove and serve.

Garnish with green pepper, carrot
and cabbage.
