green bean sprouts

carrot, shredded
potato, peel & shredded
chopped paprika
few spring roll wrappings

Method:

Soak mushroom until soft,
transfer to a bowl and mix in soy sauce and
sugar. Steam for 10 minutes. Drain and place in
casserole.

Stir fry potato with oil until cooked, season with salt and
flavor essence. Dish up and place in casserole.

Blanch fried bean curd, celery
and green bean sprouts in hot water for a while,
season with salt.

Season carrot with pinch
of salt. Then squeeze out excess water and
arrange in casserole. Chop dried turnip, stir
fry together with chopped paprika thoroughly.
Season with pinch of sugar.

Serve with Serving ingredients
and spring roll wrappings.

Or separately stir fry above
ingredient until cooked. Arrange neatly in
casserole. Season with soy sauce or salt. Serve
