Braised Prawns with Tomato Ketchup Recipe Chinese New Year

Ingredients:
1 1/3 lb
3 slices
2 sprigs
2 cloves

Seasoning: 3 tbsp
3 tbsp
2 tsp
1/2 tsp
prawns
ginger
spring onion (sectioned)
cloves garlic
wine
parsley
stock
tomato ketchup
sugar
salt
dash of sesame oil
pinch of pepper
pinch of corn flour
Method:
Wash prawns. Trim
and Pat
dry.
Sauté ginger, spring onion and
garlic with 2 tbsp oil. Add in prawns. Stir fry
for a while over high heat. Sizzle wine. Dispose
ginger, spring onion and garlic. Stir in 1 tbsp
oil and seasoning. Cover and bake for 2 minutes.
Blend in pinch of corn flour solution. Add dash
of sesame oil and pinch of pepper. Mix well and dish up. Serve.
