Gammon Dish Recipe

Ingredients:

Marinade:
3 tbsp
1 tbsp

1 tbsp
 

preserved meat
Chinese sausages
preserved chicken drumstick
bamboo shoot


sweet fermented rive
fermented soy bean
pinch of cayenne pepper
sugar

Method:

  1. Wash preserved meat, Chinese sausages and preserved chicken drumstick. Clean and place in steaming basket. Steam for about 15 minutes over high heat until cooked. Cut content diagonally into slices, then arrange neatly in a casserole. Place shredded bamboo shoot on top and press edges.

  2. Mix seasoning ingredients and pour over preserved meat. Shake the casserole slightly to make content soak thoroughly. Transfer into steaming basket and steam for 20 minutes over high heat.

  3. Remove casserole and turn content upside down onto plate. Serve.
