Ingredients:

2 2/3 lb

1 pot

leaf mustard
salt
broth

Method:

  1. Wash and parboil leaf mustard for a while, remove. Immerse in water to cool. Changing water to remove its bitterness.

  2. Simmer leaf mustard in broth until cooked. Season with salt. Dish up and serve.
