Saute Glue Rice Flour Cake - Ningpo Style Recipe
 Traditional Chinese New Year Snack

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

Ningpo glue rice flour cake
salted vegetable
shredded pork

 

Method:

  1. Marinate pork with soy sauce and starch. Deep fry until cooked.

  2. Shred glue rice flour cake. Minced salted vegetable.

  3. Sauté pork and glue rice flour cake. Add some water, fry until glue rice flour cake is tender. Stir in salted vegetable. Season with salt. Fry until sauce has dried up. Dish up and serve.
