minced pork
water
dried shrimp
egg
chopped spring onion
chopped ginger
light soy sauce
salt
starch
glutinous rice
Method:
Wash and soak
glutinous rice for 1/2 hour, drain. Spread out
on a tray.
Gradually add water into and mix
well minced pork. Transfer to a large bowl
adding in remaining ingredients. Stir until
sticky.
Mix glutinous rice with 1 tbsp
starch. Form pork mixture into balls and coat
with glutinous rice. Place in steaming basket
and steam for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
