Bean curd with Minced Pork in Chili Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pieces
120 g
1 tsp
1 tsp
2 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 sprig

Thickening:
1 tsp
2 tbsp

Seasoning:
1/4 tsp
1 tsp
2 tbsp
1 tsp
1/4 cup

 

bean curd, about 400 g
minced pork
crushed garlic
crushed ginger
broad bean paste
Sichuan peppercorn powder
sesame oil
spring onion, cut into dices


caltrop starch
water


salt
granulated sugar
soy sauce
chicken powder
water

Method :

  1. Cut bean curd into small dices of 2 cm. Scald in boiling water. Leaves for later use.

  2. Heat wok. Add 2 tbsp oil. Sauté crushed garlic and crushed ginger. Add broad bean paste. Then stir in minced pork (stir fry the pork until fragrant). Add seasoning and broad bean paste. Bring the ingredients to the boil. Cook until the sauce dries up. Stir in thickening. Then add Sichuan peppercorn powder, sesame oil and spring onion to add fragrance. Stir well. Dish up.
