Beancurd Soup in Henan Style Recipe

Ingredients:

preserved Sichuan vegetable shreds
dried shrimps

ginger, cut into shreds
spring onion dice
stock
rice wine
Method :
Wash dried shrimps. Drain. Add
ginger shreds, spring onion dice and rice wine.
Stir well. Put them into a bowl and put the bowl
into a steaming basket. Steam for 10 minutes.
Leaves for later use.
Pour stock into a pot and bring
to the boil. Cut the bean curd into slices. Put
into the stock and cook for a while. Season with
pinch of salt.
Add preserved Sichuan vegetables
and laver into the bowl of dried shrimps. Pour
in boiling bean curd soup. Season with pinch of
pepper.
