Chicken in Wine Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2
80 g
5 cloves

Seasoning:
1/4 cup
1/4 cup
1/4 cup
1/2 tsp
1/2 cup
 

gutted chicken, about 720 g
ginger, cut into slices
garlic, cut into slices
red chili, cut into sections
basil


rice wine
soy sauce
sesame oil
chicken powder
granulated sugar
pinch of pepper
 

Method :

  1. Wash chicken and cut into pieces. Marinate with 1 tsp caltrop starch and 1 tbsp oil for a while.

  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Sauté garlic and ginger slices until fragrant. Add chicken pieces and stir well. Add seasoning. Bring the ingredients to the boil. Transfer the ingredients to a casserole. Bring to the boil again. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce dries up. Add red chilies and basil. Stir well and cook for a while. Serve in a casserole.
