Chicken Shreds and Rice Vermicelli Sheets in Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

200 g
10 sheets
1/2 cup
1/2 cup
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp

Seasoning:
1 1/2 tbsp
2 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
2 tbsp

chicken breast
rice vermicelli
carrot shreds
celery shreds
crushed spring onion
crushed ginger
crushed garlic


sesame sauce
soy sauce
chili oil
black vinegar
chicken powder
granulated sugar
sesame oil
boiling water

Method :

  1. Steam chicken breast until cooked. Cut into thick shreds when cool and leaves for later use.

  2. Cut rice vermicelli sheets into thick shreds. Scald in boiling water with carrot shreds and celery shreds for a while. Drain and arrange on plate.

  3. Put chicken shred on rice vermicelli sheets.

  4. Mix the ingredients of seasoning. Add spring onion, ginger and garlic. Stir well. Pour the mixture over chicken shreds. Serve.
