Clam Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

320 g
320 g
240 g
80 g

Seasoning:
 

clams
bamboo shoots
salted pork
Chinese chivers
beancurd sheet, cut into shreds
ginger shreds
water

pinch of salt
dash of sesame oil
pinch of pepper
 

Method :

  1. Wash clams. Scald and drain.

  2. Remove shell of bamboo shoots. Cut the bamboo shoots and salted pork into dice. Cut the chives into sections.

  3. Add 1 tsp soda powder into the beancurd sheets and soak in hot water until tender. Then rinse in water and drain. Leaves for later use.

  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute ginger shreds. Add bamboo shoot dice and pork dice. Stir fry until cooked. Sizzle wine. Then add water, beancurd sheets and clams. Bring the ingredients to the boil. Add seasoning. Then add chives and cook for a while. Dish up and serve.
