Method :
Trim prawns. Cut
the back. Remove veins.
Heat wok with oil. Fry the prawns until
they are cooked. Add ginger and garlic. Stir
well. Add seasoning. Stir fry until the sauce is
dried up. Add dash of sesame oil. Serve.
