Method :
Wash glutinous
rice and soak in water for 4 hours until the
rice becomes expanded. Drain and put on clean
cloth to absorb all the water. Put the glutinous
rice evenly on a shallow plate.
Mince the pork.
Add all ingredients and seasoning. Stir until
the mixture become sticky. Put into refrigerator
for 2 hours. Remove and make into 18 balls.
Put the meat balls on the
glutinous rice. Coat the meat balls with
glutinous rice. Put 18 carrot slices on the
bottom of the steaming basket. Then put the meat
balls on the carrot slices. Steam for 15 minutes
over high heat. Serve.
