Meat Rolls with Assortments Recipe

Ingredients:

Marinade:
1/2
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 1/2 tbsp
1 tsp

Seasoning:
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
2 tbsp

 

pork fillet
bamboo shoots
water chestnuts
shelled walnuts
white sesame
crushed garlic
chili sauce in Guilin style
ginger
carrot
spring onion, sectioned


egg white
salt
granulated sugar
caltrop starch
water


soy sauce
oyster sauce
granulated sugar
chicken powder
caltrop starch
water
dash of sesame oil
pinch of pepper

Method :

  1. Cut pork fillet into 12 thin slices. Add marinade and stir well. Marinade for 10 minutes. Leaves for later use.

  2. Cut bamboo shoots into slices and scald. Peel water chestnuts and cut into pieces.

  3. Grind shelled walnuts. Stir fry white sesame until fragrant.

  4. Sprinkle caltrop starch on a plate. Put pork slices on top. Add walnuts and white sesame. Make into rolls. Deep fry over medium heat until the rolls are crispy.

  5. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Sauté crushed garlic and chili sauce in Guilin style. Add ginger slices, carrot slices, bamboo shoot slices and water chestnuts. Stir fry for a while.  Add seasoning and stir in thickening. Then add pork rolls and spring onion sections . Dish up and serve.
