Pork and Sweet Potato Powder Shreds in Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

Marinade:
1 tsp

Seasoning:


2 tsp
2 tbsp
1 tsp

 

sweet potato powder
lean pork
green bean sprouts
garlic, crushed
carrot shreds
bamboo shoot shreds, scald
dried black mushrooms, soak until tender & cut into shreds
wood's ear, soak until tender and cut into shreds
pressed bean curd, cut into shreds
egg
stock
spring onion dice


oil
salt
soy sauce


dash of sesame oil
pinch of pepper
salt
soy sauce
chicken powder

Method :

  1. Pour water to half portion of the sweet potato powder. Leave aside for later use.

  2. Wash pork. Cut into thin slices. Add seasoning and mix well. Leave for a while. Then put in sweet potato powder. Pat both sides with a rolling pin. Make the pork and the powder into a cake shape. Set aside.

  3. Heat oil over high heat. Add green bean sprouts and stir fry for a while. Dish up.

  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Sauté crushed garlic. Pour in green bean sprouts, carrot, bamboo shoot, mushrooms, wood's ear and bean curd and stir fry until cooked. Add stock and bring to the boil.

  5. Tear the pork cake into shreds. Add shreds into the boiling soup. Then add seasoning and sweet potato powder mixture until the consistency is suitable.

  6. Whisk egg. Pour in pork shreds and keep stirring. Then add spring onion dice. Serve hot.
