Method :
Shredded beef into thin slices.
Mix with marinade A and marinate for 30 minutes.
Then wash and drain.
Marinate with marinade B for 15
minutes. Deep fry in warm oil and leave for
later use.
Cut leek into
slant slices.
Heat 2 tbsp oil. Sauté ginger and
garlic slices. Sizzle wine. Add leek shreds and
beef shreds into the wok again. Stir fry over
high heat until the ingredients are cooked. Stir
in seasoning. Dish up and serve.
