Sauteed Beef with Leek Recipe

Ingredients:

160 g

2 cloves

Marinade A:
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 cup

Marinade B:
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tbsp

Seasoning:
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tsp
3 tbsp


 

beef
leek
garlic (cut into slices)
ginger (cut into shreds)


soda powder
granulated sugar
water


soy sauce
caltrop starch
water

oil


soy sauce
oyster sauce
granulated sugar
caltrop starch
water
dash of sesame oil
pinch of pepper

Method :

  1. Shredded beef into thin slices. Mix with marinade A and marinate for 30 minutes. Then wash and drain.

  2. Marinate with marinade B for 15 minutes. Deep fry in warm oil and leave for later use.

  3. Cut leek into slant slices.

  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Sauté ginger and garlic slices. Sizzle wine. Add leek shreds and beef shreds into the wok again. Stir fry over high heat until the ingredients are cooked. Stir in seasoning. Dish up and serve.
