Sauteed Eggplants in Hot Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

320 g

1 sprig

Marinade:
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tsp

Seasoning:
2 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1 1/4 tbsp
1/2 tsp
8 tbsp

 

eggplants
pork, minced
preserved Sichuan vegetable dice
dried shrimp dice
red chili, cut into dice
crushed garlic
broad bean paste
spring onion, cut into dice


soy sauce
granulated sugar
caltrop starch
water

8 tbsp water

Method :

  1. Cut eggplants into 2 inch strips. Deep fry in oil for a while. Dish up. Marinade pork for a while.

  2. Sauté crushed garlic and broad bean paste. Add preserved Sichuan vegetable dice, dried shrimp dice and minced pork. Stir well. Add seasoning. Then add eggplants immediately. Cook until the eggplants immediately. Cook until the eggplants are coated with sauce. Add red chili and spring onion dice. Dish up.
