Sautéed Eggs with Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

1 tbsp
1 tbsp

Seasoning:
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
2 tbsp

eggs
water chestnuts
dried shrimps
ham (cut into small dice)


Shaoxing wine
salt
chicken powder
caltrop starch
water

Method :

  1. Whisk eggs.

  2. Remove peel of water chestnuts and wash. Pat with the back of knife. Chop into small dice.

  3. Soak dried shrimps in water until tender. Cut into large dice.

  4. Pour water chestnuts, dried shrimps and seasoning into eggs. Stir well with chopsticks.

  5. Heat wok. Add 6 tbsp oil. Pour the mixture into the wok. Stir fry over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and drain. Then dish up. Sprinkle ham dice on top. Serve.
