Stewed French Beans with Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

320 g
80 g
1 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
1 tbsp

Seasoning:
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp

1 tbsp
 

French beans
minced pork
dried shrimps, cut into small dice
preserved Sichuan vegetables, cut into small dice
celery dice
crushed ginger
crushed garlic
broad bean paste


soy sauce
oyster sauce
sweet bean paste
chicken powder
granulated sugar
dash of sesame oil
water

Method :

  1. Wash French beans. Deep fry until nearly cooked. Remove and drain.

  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Sauté crushed garlic, ginger, preserved Sichuan vegetables and dried shrimps. Add pork. Sizzle wine. Add broad bean paste. Stir fry until cooked. Add seasoning and French beans until the sauce dries up. Then add celery dice. stir well and dish up.
