black fungi (soaked)

crushed ginger

Method :
Wash
grass carp fillet. Remove bone. Retain the skin. Mix with marinade and
marinade for 15 minutes. Deep fry in warm oil stir well.
Soak black fungi in water until
they become tender. Wash and drain.
Heat oil to the boil. Deep fry
grass carp fillet in warm oil for a
while. Remove and drain.
Heat wok. Add 2 tbsp oil. Add
crushed ginger and black fungi. Stir fry for a
while. Add seasoning. Bring to the boil. Cook
for 2 minutes. Add distiller's grain and grass
carp fillet. Stir gently. Dish up and serve.
