Stir Fried Beef with Pepper and Bean curd Shreds Recipe

Ingredients:

Marinade A:

Marinade B:

Seasoning:
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp


1/2 tsp
2 tbsp
 

beef
green pepper (about 120 g)
red chili (about 40 g)
five-spiced bean curd
sliced ginger (cut into small dice)
clove garlic (cut into small dice)


soda powder
granulated sugar
water


egg yolk
soy sauce
granulated sugar
water
oil
caltrop starch


soy sauce
oyster sauce
granulated sugar
chicken powder
dash of sesame oil
pinch of pepper
caltrop starch
water

Method :

  1. Slice beef into thick pieces. Mix with marinade A and marinate for 40 minutes. Then wash and drain.

  2. Beef to be shredded into thin pieces. Marinate with marinade B for 15 minutes. Deep fry in warm oil and leave for later use.

  3. Green pepper, red chili and five spiced bean curd shredded into thin pieces.

  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Sauté ginger and garlic dice. Sizzle wine. Add green pepper shreds, red chili shreds, bean curd shreds and beef shreds. Stir fry over high heat until the ingredients are cooked. Stir in seasoning and dish up.
