Stir Fried Beef with Pumpkin Recipe

Ingredients:

Marinade for beef:
1 tsp
1 tbsp
1/4 tsp

Seasoning:
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
3 tbsp
 

beef
pumpkin
red chili (cut into pieces)
ginger (cut into shreds)
spring onion (sectioned)
garlic (crushed)


soy sauce
cooking oil
granulated sugar
dash of sesame oil
pinch of pepper
caltrop starch


soy sauce
vinegar
chicken powder
granulated sugar
caltrop starch
water
pinch of pepper
dash of sesame oil

 

Method :

  1. Cut beef into thin slices. Mix 1 tsp soda powder, 1 tbsp granulated sugar and water ( the amount of water should be enough to cover the beef). Put the beef in the mixture for 30 minutes. Wash and drain. Then marinade beef with marinate for 30 minutes. Deep fry in warm oil. Leaves for later use.

  2. Remove skin of pumpkin. Cut into slices.

  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Sauté crushed garlic, ginger shreds and chili. Add pumpkin shreds and stir fry until the ingredients are cooked. Add beef and spring onion sections, Stir fry for a while. Add seasoning and mix well. Dish up and serve.
