Stir Fried Chicken in Chili Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

Marinade:
1/2

1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp

Seasoning:
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 tbsp
4 tbsp

 

chicken thighs, with skin removed
red chilies, cut into sections
garlic, crushed
ginger, crushed


egg white
soy sauce
caltrop starch
granulated sugar
salt


vinegar
brown sugar
caltrop starch
sesame oil
soy sauce
water

Method :

  1. Cut chicken into pieces. Mix well with marinade and marinate for 30 minutes. Then deep fry until golden brown.

  2. Heat oil. Sauté red chilies, crushed ginger and garlic . Add chicken pieces and stir fry. Add seasoning. Stir well and dish up. Serve.
