Stir Fried Crab Meat and Shrimps with Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

160 g
3
2 tbsp

Seasoning:
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp

1/4 cup

Thickening:
1 1/4 tsp
2 tbsp
 

green crabs (about 640 g)
shelled shrimps
duck eggs (whisked)
Chinese parsley


salt
granulated sugar
pinch of pepper
stock


caltrop starch
water

 

Method :

  1. Steam the crabs until they are cooked. Removed meat.

  2. Wash shelled shrimps. Wipe dry and cut into small dice. Deep fry in warm oil.

  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Add shrimp dice and crab meat. Add seasoning and bring to the boil. Stir in whisked egg. Then add thickening. Stir fry the mixture. Remove with a skimmer. Transfer to a deep plate.

  4. Sprinkle dash of Shaoxing wine and pinch of pepper. Place parsley on top. Serve hot.
