Method:

For the pastry,
cream butter, sugar and egg till well-combined.
Add the four and mix into a soft dough. Leave to
rest for 15 minutes.

For the filling, put sugar, water
and butter into a small pot, stir and bring to
boil. Remove from heat, leave to cool before
mixing in remaining ingredients.

Roll pastry into 3 mm thick, cut
into circles slightly bigger than the tart
moulds. Line tart moulds with pastry and press
well.

Place filling into the prepared
mould till three-quarters full.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180
deg C till golden brown for about 25 - 30
minutes.

Remove and leave to cool before
serving.
Serves 8 - 10.
