five spice powder

mushrooms

char siew

oyster sauce
Soya sauce
sugar
char siew sauce
salt, pepper, sesame oil
wine to taste
water
corn flour
 

 

 

 

 

Method:

  1. Heat up oil, stir fry small onion, add filling and sauce, leave to cool.

  2. mix glutinous rice flour with water. Mixed tung mee flour with hot water

  3. Add in sugar, alkaline solution and shortening into pastry, knead well, divide into small balls.

  4. Wrap filling into pastry, wrap up the pastry in the form of puff. Deep fry until golden brown.
