Filling:
1 bowl

plain flour, sifted
mashed orange color sweet potatoes
castor sugar

bean paste/ lotus seed paste, formed into 20 small
balls.
Method:
Skin: Mix and knead all ingredients to form into
a smooth and pliable dough. Cover and leave
aside to prove till double its size. Knead again
and rest for 15 minutes. Divide into 20 portions
and form into balls.
Use 1 piece of skin to wrap up 1 portion of
filling to get a mini pao. Leave to prove 20 minutes.
Pinch pao with a small steel/ brass pincher to
form some patterns on top.
Steam over high heat for about 5 minutes. Remove
and serve hot.
