Method:
-
Soak rice for 3 hours, drain and mix with others
ingredients. Divide into 10 portions.

Put 2 piece bamboo leaves on a piece of lotus
leaves. Arrange glutinous rice, A and B inside. Wrap up and tie up
with straw.

Put 6
liter water and 1 tbsp salt in 12 L pressure
Cooker to boil, add in dumpling and cover to cook until 2nd red ring
appear, reduce to low heat and cook for 1 hour.
