Prawn Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

350 g
1 loaf
2 cups

Seasoning :
3/4 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp

A :
6
2 tbsp
1 tbsp
 

prawn, shelled, cleaned, wiped dry and minced
white bread, trimmed skin and cut into half
oil


salt
sugar
sesame oil
egg white
pepper
monosodium glutamate


water chestnuts, chopped
diced spring onions
diced red chili
 

Method:

  1. Mix prawn meat with all the seasoning in one direction till sticky. Add A and mix thoroughly. Steam bread till soft.

  2. Spread prawn meat filling onto bread and roll up neatly.

  3. Heat up oil, deep-fry rolls on low heat till golden brown.

  4. Serve hot with chili sauce.
