Indochinese prawn and pork Salad Recipe

 


Ingredients

cooked prawns, shelled, diced
cooked pork, cubed small
medium sized cucumbers, skinned, sliced
cloves garlic, minced
mint leaves, chopped
onion, thinly sliced
ground coriander
freshly ground pepper
vinegar
lemon juice
chili powder
sugar
salt to taste

Method:

  1. Combine coriander, pepper, chili, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, garlic and leave for 10 minutes.

  2. Combine with pork, prawns and cucumber. Toss lightly.

  3. Sprinkle with mint leaves and onion.
