Singaporean Bean Curd Cake Salad Recipe

 


Ingredients

soy bean curd cakes, fried crisply, sliced
bean sprouts, blanched
cucumbers, shredded
red chilies, deseeded, julienne


peanuts, roasted, pounded
dried prawns, pounded
red chilies, Pounded
green chilies, pounded
thick soy sauce
vinegar
sugar
warm water
salt to taste

Method:

  1. Arrange the fried bean curd cakes on a plate. Top with bean sprouts and chilies.

  2. Combine all the sauce ingredients until the sauce is of a smooth consistency.

  3. Add salt to taste. Pour over fried soy bean curd cakes.
