prawn, cooked, shelled
green chilies, slivered
red chilies, slivered

palm sugar
fish sauce
roasted peanuts, coarsely ground
chili powder (optional)

Method:

Arrange the lettuce leaves an a shallow dish.

Now lay the cabbage, papaya and tomatoes mixed
together on the lettuce leaves.

Sprinkle prawns and then peanuts and chilies.

Mix the lime juice, fish sauce, chili powder, palm
sugar, mint and spring onions until the sugar has dissolved.

Pour this dressing over the salad. Chili for 2 hours
before serving.
