Indian Korma
Curry Paste for Poultry ( A Very Mild Blend)

Ingredients

250 ml

1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
2 tsp
1/2 tsp

green yogurt
green chilies, minced
cinnamon powder
curry powder for meat
almonds, ground
tsp turmeric, ground
ginger, ground
cardamom powder
poppy seeds, ground
black pepper, ground

 

Method:

  1. The spices should be freshly ground or powder. Mix all the ingredients in the top part of a boiler. Simmer over boiling water for an hour until mixture loses its raw spice flavor.

  2. Seal the Korma Curry paste in a sterilized jar.
