Indonesian Curry Paste for Seafood
( A Fairly Hot Blend)

Ingredients

1 tbsp
2 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
2 slice
1 cm

dried chilies
small onions
red chilies
candlenuts
garlic
oil
coriander seeds
shrimp paste
lemon grass
galangal
piece turmeric
 

Method:

  1. Grind or liquidized all the ingredients to a smooth paste.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil, sauté ground ingredients until fragrant.

Note : 1 liter coconut milk is added.
