Malay Curry Paste for Fish

Ingredients

FOR 1/2 KG FISH

3 cloves
2 stalk
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 tbsp
1 tbsp


dried chilies
small onions, minced
garlic
lemon grass
shrimp paste
galangal powder
turmeric powder
tamarind concentrate
oil

Method:

  1. Grind or liquidized all the ingredients into a smooth paste.

  2. Dilute tamarind concentrate 100 ml water.

  3. Heat the paste in oil until lightly brown. Add tamarind water.
