Indian Coriander Sambal Recipe

Ingredients:

120 g

1/4 tsp
1 tbsp

1 tsp
1 1/2 tbsp





coriander leaves or parsley
grated coconut
asafetida Powder
oil
green chilies, sliced
minced ginger
mustard seeds
lime juice
salt to taste

Method:

  1. Liquidize or grind the coriander leaves, chilies, ginger, salt and coconut to a smooth paste. Add lime juice.

  2. Fry the mustard seeds until it sputters. Add asafetida and pour mixture over the sambal.
