Sri Lankan Fish Sambal Recipe

Ingredients:
 

225 g

1 cm piece

cooked fish
red chilies, minced
ginger, minced
Pinch of mustard seeds, roasted
large onion, minced
green chilies, minced
mint, chopped
lemon juice and salt to taste

Method:

  1. Remove bones from fish and mash.

  2. Combine with chilies, ginger, mustard seeds, onion, mint and salt. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

  3. Serve with bread or plain rice.
