Ingredients:

1 tsp
2 tbsp
squid
tamarind juice
sweet soy sauce
salt
vegetable oil
Method:
Pull off the head
of the squid and remove the ink sac. Clean the
insides thoroughly. Cut into serving portions.
Rub with tamarind juice, soy sauce and salt.
Heat oil in pan and add squid.
Sauté until done, stirring continuously.
