Ingredients:

1 slice
3 cloves
duckling, about 3 lb/ 1 1/4 kg
honey or brown sugar
soy sauce
star anise or 1 cinnamon stick
ginger
garlic
Method:
Place all the
ingredients in a large pot. Cook over medium
heat until duckling is tender. Cut into serving
portions and place on an oval dish. Place the
remaining gravy in a separate dish. Serve.
Note: If powdered ginger is used, do
use it sparingly.
