coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
Method:
Cut beef into
slender slices. Rub meat first with garlic and
candlenuts followed by coriander, tamarind
juice, brown sugar, loas and salt.
Separately, dissolve shrimp paste
in a little coconut milk.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry
meat until it turns a medium brown. Then add
shrimp paste. Cover and cook until almost dry.
The final touch: add coconut milk
and stir well. Cover and cook again until dry.
