cream corn
water or clear chicken broth
cornstarch mixed with some broth
soy sauce
sugar
cooked crab meat
egg white, beaten slightly |

Method:

Mix all
ingredients in a saucepan, except for crab meat
and egg white. Stirring constantly bring mixture
to a boil over medium heat.

Add crab meat, bring to a boil
again, turn off heat and stir in egg white.
Serve immediately.
Note : To add flavor to soup, serve
with a separate dish of wine vinegar and one of soy
sauce mixed with hot pepper. Each diner adds his own
vinegar or soy sauce to taste.
